Confirm the billing type
For monthly plans, check the monthly allowance and reset rules; for data packages, check the total allowance and never-expire rule. Do not compare price alone—confirm that the plan matches your usage frequency.
Choose a payment method
On the order page, choose an available option from Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Before submitting, check the plan name, data allowance, price and order details again.
Return to your account overview
After the order is complete, return to the user panel to check the plan status. Get the client and subscription from the panel to avoid copying links from unknown sources or links that have already expired.

REFUND / POLICY

7-day no-questions-asked refund

If a plan does not match your needs, submit a request under the refund policy. Keep your order details and specify the plan and payment record to review. Eligibility and handling follow the refund policy and order status.

When connection issues occur, note the platform, destination region, route name and exact error first, then submit them through the user panel ticket entry. This helps distinguish client configuration, route selection and order-status issues without missing key details.

When does monthly plan data reset?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. This applies to the 60GB, 250GB and 500GB plans. Before choosing, estimate your usage intensity and leave enough allowance; unused data is not retained as permanent data.

Do data packages reset every month?

No. The 300GB, 1000GB and 3000GB data packages remain available until used and never expire. They do not restore quota monthly; data is deducted gradually according to actual usage.

How are monthly plan upgrades handled?

When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before confirming, check the current plan, target plan and displayed result in the user panel.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are supported. After choosing a plan in the user panel, you can view the available payment options. Check the plan name, price and data rules before submitting the order.

Are the plans refundable?

The service offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. Keep your order details and use the user panel to view and handle related requests. The refund policy defines the specific eligibility and process.

Do I need an email address to register?

No. A username and password are all you need to register. After registering, open the user panel to choose a plan and view orders, then get the client and subscription after the plan takes effect.
